She was predeceased by: her parents, Pannell Pannell of Washington and Elizabeth Waller Pannell; her husband Irvin Boone; her daughter Elnora Boone Lipford; her children-in-law, Gary Slayton and Della Boone; and her siblings, Mable Gregory, Evelyn Simmons, Louise Powell, Betty Brevard, Delma Gregory, Carlton Pannell and Theodore Pannell.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Boone of Long Island, Frances Slayton of Hurt, Norman Boone (Machiko) of Long Island and Carla Farmer (Larry) of Winston-Salem; her grandchildren, Christopher Slayton (Erica) of Bakers, Devon Boone of Winston-Salem, Jessica Slayton of Atlanta, Asiah Farmer of Winston-Salem, Eric Lipford of Hurt, Jalynne Witcher of Long Island, Virginia, Isaiah Boone of Long Island, Virginia and Alisia Boone of Long Island, Virginia; her great grandchildren, Taylor Slayton of Bakers, Riley Slayton of Bakers and Nayla Farmer of Winson-Salem; her siblings, Herman Pannell (Sandra), Haywood Pannell (Arlene), John Pannell (Cynthia) and Mildred Hunt (Alfonso); her aunt Ann Pannell; her sister-in-law Nadine Pannell; her caregiver Wanda Davis (Joe); and also Gregory Lipford (Tony) of Hurt, Virginia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
