He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kay Moon Elliott; his parents, Thomas Earl Elliott, Sr. and Martha Whitaker Elliott; his children, Cameron Elliott of Virginia Beach and Jennifer Crews (Brad) of Long Island; his brothers, Michael Elliott (Kay) of Brodnax, Tommy Elliott of Danville and Rodney Elliott (Rayna) of Altavista; his mother-in-law Sharon Moon of Long Island; his granddaughters, Savannah and Sydney; and his pet Xena.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Piney Grove Baptist Church, 2261 Piney Grove Road, Gretna, VA 24557, designated missions fund.
