She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas "Junior" Hutcherson and Florence King Hutcherson; her son Glenn "Pete" Clay, Jr.; her brother Tom Hutcherson; and her brother-in-law Wayne Clay.
She is survived by: her husband Glenn Garner Clay; her daughter Michelle Lee Clay of Hurt; her sisters, Nancy Wilson of Hurt and Gearleen Dawson (Charles) of Long Island; and her brother-in-law Russell Monroe Clay, Jr. of Hurt. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
