He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjory Dews and Clyde Dews; and his sister Roberta "Berta" Dews. He is survived by: his siblings, Angia Grove (Al) and John Dews; his nephew Nick Dews (Brittany); and his niece Jackie Dews.
