He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Speight and Carolyn Speight; and his brother William "Bill" Speight. He is survived by: his wife Vickey Posey Speight; his children, Kathy McDonald (Bill) and Tom Speight (Diana); his grandchildren, Krista Speight, Courtney French (Grant), Patrick McDonald and Jessica Speight (Nick); and his great grandchildren, Avery, Addy and Axel.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Johnson Funeral Home and Crematory (31440 Constitution Hwy, Locust Grove, VA 22508).
