She was predeceased by: her husband Calvin Lee Painter; her parents, Oscar L. Basye and Molly D. Basye; and her siblings, Oscar L. Basye Jr., Walter Basye, Warren G. Basye, Virginia Bridges, Irma Calcamp and Lorraine Gnegy.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Lee Painter (Sandi) and Sandra Elizabeth Painter; and her granddaughters, Katie Painter and Deborah Bea. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and great-grandchildren.
