He is survived by: his wife Myrle Burnside of Locust Grove, VA; his daughter Christy Burnside of Centreville, VA; his stepchildren, Virginia Fitzgearld (Steve) of Westfield, IN and John Spannuth (Suzie) of Warrenton, VA; and his grandsons, Sean Spannuth, Nikolaus Spannuth, Melborne Weber and Donald Weber. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
