He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Raymond Durphy and Helen Durphy Soderberg. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Rich, Jr. (Flo) and Melinda (Lane); and his sister Dorothy Peterson of Jamestown, NY. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
