She is survived by: her husband Lewis Coe Truslow Jr.; her children, Tina Chewing (Dwayne) of Spotsylvania, Gina Prince and Thomas Cornell, Jr. (Marty) of Locust Grove; her mother June Manson; her brothers, Brian Manson of Locust Grove and Billy Manson of Locust Grove; her grandchildren, Tony, Britany, Devin, Chelsea and Lauren; her husband Thomas Cornell Sr.; and her daughter Tammy Cornell.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the American Cancer Society.
