Steen (Locust Grove, Virginia), born in Union, South Carolina, who passed away on February 18, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Steen and Nancy Kiser Steen Sisk; and his grandparents, Robert, Juanita Gaffney Kiser, Ben and Clara Steen.
He is survived by: his friend Boston Terriers.
