She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Michael (Mike) and Doris Kathryn Bolen; and her brothers, Thomas Bolen (Tom) and Michael. She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her sister Kitty Skeens; her siblings-in-law, Jimmy Skeens and Judy Bolen; her nephew Randy Stover (Janet); her niece Lori Povirk (Frank); her grandchildren, Grace Biller (Kevin), Ben Stover, Jeri Povirk and Jessica Povirk; and her great grandchildren, Kruz, Kash and Maleah.
In place of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital.
