We are sad to announce that on October 11, 2023, at the age of 86, Joyce Ann Bowers (Locust Grove, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Boyd Bowers. She is survived by: her children, Brad, Brian, Janet and Joanne.
There will be a Celebration of Life hosted at the home of her son on November 9th at 11 a. m. Guests are asked to RSVP to bj. bowers11@gmail. com.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Lake of the Woods Church.
