He was predeceased by: his parents, John Michael and Mary Elizabeth Roman; his son Phillip; his siblings, Joe and Betty; his stepsister Beatrice; and his wife Jacqueline.
He is survived by: his children, John (Sara), Michael (Alice), Jimmy (Mary), Jackie (Callie) and Kathy (Anthony); his daughter-in-law Cathy; and his grandchildren, Michael (Lauren), Amy (Darren), Timothy (Melisa), Steven (Helen), Cindy, Jennifer (Abe), Tiffany (Jason), Chris (Kim), Philip (Kelly), Alex, Anne, Tony and Ryan. He is also survived by twenty-three great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
