He is survived by: his wife Barbara Gail Dickinson; his children, Jeff Dickinson, Chris Hardin, Glenda Crotty, Jeri Lewis and Lisa Strother; and his grandchildren, Carter Lewis, Garret Lewis, Cole Lewis, Wally Lamb Jr., Clay Crotty, Andrew Crotty, Hunter Strother, Heather Strother and Chelsea Hardin. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
