With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of George Allen Sullivan (Locust Grove, Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 10, 2025 at the age of 85. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Washington Sullivan and Lucille Hairfield Sullivan; and his sister Joan Shirley Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Quann Sullivan; his children, George Alech Sullivan (Rebecca) and Genia Sullivan Weeks (Alvin); his grandchildren, Dylan Tyler Sullivan, Katelyn Ann Sullivan, Grace Alexandra Weeks, Andrew Zeynel Weeks and Zachary Alexander Weeks; his nephews, Donald Todd Cooper (Judi) and Jeffery Scott Cooper; his great-nieces, Joanna Kathleen Cooper (Kelli), Kristin Cooper Flint (Matthew), Delaney Lynn Cooper and Peyton Helena Cooper; and also, AJ and Ellie.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Johnson Funeral Home and Crematory (31440 Constitution Hwy, Locust Grove, VA 22508). A memorial service was held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
