He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Roth of Lake; and his children, Kerry Roth-Shaver (Kevin) of Gaithersburg, Maryland, Raelen Madison (John) of Lake and Donald E. Roth (Angela) of Purcellville. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
