He is survived by: his wife Robin; his sons, Nicholas Brooks of Locust Grove and Jack Brooks of Reston; and his siblings, Susan Brooks (David) of Spotsylvania and Marty Brooks (Julie) of Orlando. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
