He is survived by: his wife Joyce Sowards; his children, Clifford Sowards, Jr. (Shelly), Katrina Randolph (Arch), Tammy Greeves (Jim), DeAnna Atkins (Kevin) and Michele Hensley; his brother Delmar Sowards (Donna); and his siblings-in-law, Tyann Evans (Charlie) and Dick Hicks (Shelley). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, many cousins, nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
