He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Edward Zurhorst. He is survived by: his mother Judith McHenry (Greer); his wife Anne Zurhorst (Wrobbel); his sister Hope Zurhorst-Biber; his children, Abigail Johnson (Zurhorst), Anders Zurhorst and Alexandra Zurhorst-Gottschalk; and his grandsons, Elijah Gottschalk and Hunter Gottschalk. He is also survived by many family members, friends, neighbors.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Johnson Funeral Home and Crematory (31440 Constitution Hwy, Locust Grove, VA 22508).
