It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brian Bernard Smith of Locust Grove, Virginia, who passed away on December 21, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Brian and Kate; and his siblings, Veronica, Kathleen, Bartle and Larry.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara; and his brother Nick. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews and cousins.
