He is survived by: his wife Sandra Edwards Critchfield; his children, David Alan Critchfield (Teresa), Donald Eugene Critchfield (Laurie), Daniel Ray Critchfield (Christy), Diane Marie Critchfield and Mark Alan Critchfield; and his brothers, Maxine Carpenter, Larry Critchfield (Barbara), David Critchfield (Judy), Phillip Critchfield (Kathy) and Michael Critchfield (Tommie). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Expressions of sympathy in the form of flowers or memorial donations to Zoar Baptist Church are appropriate.
