He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucy Laviano and Vincent Laviano; and his sister Rose Marchese (Joseph). He is survived by: his wife Rima Laviano; his children, Lorraine Knight (Greg), Linda Laviano Robshaw (Dave) and Vincent Laviano (Michele); his grandchildren, Anthony (Sophie), Melissa (Adam), Lauren, Jessica and Eric; and his brother Vincent Laviano (Cheryl). He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
