He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas M. Seger and Cartha Groves Seger; and his daughter Vickie Dumler. He is survived by: his wife Mary Etta Spitler-Seger; his daughters, Vicki Johnson, Katie Carmichael, Jenny Seger and Denise Spitler; and his sisters, June Margaret Atchinson of Waldorf, MD and Frances Robinson of Church Hill, MD.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
