She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Roadcap and Beulah Smith Roadcap; her husband William B. High; and her siblings, Linda Dennison, Ruby Crafton, Howard Roadcap, Michael Roadcap and Roger Roadcap.
She is survived by: her children, Beverly Hinkle (Kevin) of Timberville, Gary High (Doris) of Broadway, Ken High (Michelle) of Linville and Randy High (Vickie) of Timberville; her grandchildren, Veronica Hinkle, Ian Hinkle (Alyssa), Junell Emrich, Christine Conard (Aaron), Michael Keller, Selena High, Malia High, Zachary High, Bane High and Alexis High; and her sisters, Sylvia Dovel, Kathy Cunningham and Juanita Ritchie.
