He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Glover and Anita Marie Patton Glover; his wife Debby Glover; his children, Vickie Malcolm (Gary) of Slanesville, William Gill (Alicia) of Kentucky, Rebecca Nichols (Chris) of Linden and Theresa Gill of Linden; and his siblings, Charles Glover of Stephens City and Anita Combs of Front Royal.
