She is survived by: her father George N. Kerns, Sr. of Front Royal; her stepmother Robin G. Kerns; her close friend James W. Grayson of Linden; her children, David William Nelson Smith of Front Royal and Linda Ann Smith Carter of Linden; her siblings, Tashena Smith of Trumann, Kerns Jr. of Front Royal, Joel Lee Kerns of Front Royal, Elizabeth Marie Baer of Front Royal, Rachel Amaris Noser of Front Royal and Tiffany Carlotta Carter of Stanley; and her grandchildren, Reign Wick Smith and Rory Hazel Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
