He was predeceased by: his father Mack E. Blevins; and his sister Donna Marleen Lincon. He is survived by: his mother Hope Blevins; his brother Mark Blevins; his daughters, Jennifer Keyser (Philip) and Mandy Pritt (Mike); his granddaughters, Victoria Gould (Rodney), Samantha Brown (Russ) and Abbigayle Compton; his great grandchildren, Tyler Hayes and Lukas Hayes; and his nephew Grant Blevins.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Roger's name to Lael Baptist Church.
