It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Davis of Lignum, Virginia, born in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia, who passed away on April 11, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sidney Colvin and Eva York Colvin; her husband Paul B. Davis, Jr.; and her siblings, Bobby Colvin and Joyce Colvin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Melanie Davis (Reid Dirom), Heather Carila (Randolph) and Amanda Davis; and her brothers, Joseph Colvin and George Colvin. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
