She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Albert and Lucille Emma Smith (Hinterlang); her stepson John Edward Bulger, IV; and her sister-in-law Donna Smith. She is survived by: her husband John Edward Bulger III of Evans, GA; her children, Sean Edinger (Tonya) of Butler, PA, Marci Pesi (Michael) of Melbourne, FL, Lauren Edinger and Edd Velez, Sr. of Freeport, PA.; her stepchildren, Paul Bulger (Sheri) of North Augusta, SC and Kathy Bulger-Barnett (Jeff) of Lexington, VA.; her grandchildren, Danielle Edinger, Travis Edinger (Sara), Trevor Edinger, Dominic Pesi, Madeline Pesi, Isabella Hubbard, Isla Hubbard and Rico Velez; her stepgrandchildren, John Edward Bulger (Ashley), Patrick Bulger (Emily), Carol Ann Bulger, Whitney Barnett and Jessica Barnett; her great grandchildren, Nora Jean Edinger and Mary Anne Edinger; and her siblings, Robert Smith (Linda) of Kittanning, PA, John Smith of Butler, PA, Janice Groschen (Stephen) of Palm Desert, CA, Mark Smith of Butler, PA and Karen Williams (Rob) of Underhill, VT..
