He is survived by: his parent Elma Clements Pennington; his wife Doris Smiley Pennington; his children, Frankie Pennington (Robin), Cathy Snyder (Wayne) and Michael Pennington; his siblings, Catherine Beard, Lawrence Pennington (Wanda) and Lloyd Pennington (Esther); his grandchildren, Christen Pennington, Patrick Snyder (Kelly), Tori Pennington (Dalton) and Jessica Nelson (Michael); his stepgrandchildren, Melissa Bahhur and Jamel Bahhur; and his great grandchildren, Jayden, Noah, Chancey, Zachary, Addyson, Kyler, Cole, Carson and Levi.
