He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Bixler Griffith and Earle William Griffith. He is survived by: his wife Joy Muse Griffith; his children, Ron (Christine), Diane Boyd (Warren), Mike and Doug (Lila); and his sister Ellie LeClaire of Corinth. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
