It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steve Duggan of Leesburg, Virginia, born in Richfield, Utah, who passed away on November 13, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Duggan and Lorraine Duggan; and his brother Robert Duggan. He is survived by: his wife Sue Reilly; his sons, Steven M. Duggan (Laura Ayers), David M. Duggan (Caterina Romano), Kenneth A. Duggan (Courtney Jones), Jeff F. Kircher (Heather Lutz) and Jay F. Kircher (Linnea Eaton); and his sisters, Diana Gualdoni and Mary Savinar (Ed Duggan). He is also survived by his 17 grandchildren, as well as his three brothers.
