She is survived by: her parents, Deborah Godwin Wishmyer and James Norman Wishmyer; her husband Peter West Twigg (Pete); her sister Chrissy; her brother-in-law Will Waite; her nephew Liam; her niece Emma Waite; her parents-in-law, Mike and Sandy Twigg; her grandmother Jean Godwin; her brother-in-law Jack Twigg (Ava Afghahi); her uncles, Randy (Debi Wishmyer), Jeff (Patrice Wishmyer), David (Brenda Godwin) and Michael Hagan; and her aunt Elise (Godwin). She is also survived by 10 cousins.
They had two wedding ceremonies in 2021 due to COVID: the first was outdoors in March, overlooking the Potomac River with their dog, Ciana, as witness, and Stephanie's dad, a United Methodist pastor, as celebrant.
