We are sad to announce that on November 12, 2023, at the age of 79, Shirley Ann Scarlett of Leesburg, Virginia, born in Lorain, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shirley Ann Scarlett to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Scarlett and Betty Hall Scarlett; and her sister Sherry George. She is survived by: her children, Raymond A Powell, Jr. and Debbie Eaton (Greg); her siblings, Doug Scarlett (Sue) and Susan Charters (David); her granddaughter Meghan "Goob" Frye; and her great grandchild Mason James Lickey. She is also survived by 5 step grandsons.
