He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrie Edmondson Hanger and Maurice Lowenbach. He is survived by: his wife Betty Ellmore Lowenbach; his children, Robert L. Lowenbach, Jr. (Lori), Laura Lowenbach (Steve) and J. Matthew Lowenbach (Susie); his grandchildren, Carter Grant (Chelsie), Callie Kleffman (Hunter), Nina Lowenbach (Tyler) and Noah Lowenbach; and his great grandchildren, Sara Grant, Casey and Elsie Kleffman.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Leesburg Presbyterian Church.
