He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Beavers Fleming and Grace Lowe Fleming; his brothers, Louis and Wallace Fleming, Jr.; his son-in-law Gregory Edmondson; and his granddaughter Ashley Fleming.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Athey Fleming; his children, Linda Edmondson (late Gregory) and Lawrence Fleming (Patty); his granddaughters, Natalie Davenport (Casey), Amy Sarver (Tony), Tracie Trent (Mark) and Kelli Fleming; and his great grandchildren, Madison, Kelsey, Reid Davenport, Trey, Colt Sarver and Finley Trent.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home (201 Edwards Ferry Rd NE, Leesburg, VA 20176). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Union Cemetery (323 N King St, Leesburg, VA 20176).
