He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Collins, MD and Margaret Collins, MD; and his brother James Collins. He is survived by: his wife Suchawadee Collins of Phuket, Thailand.; his son Michael Collins; and his grandsons, Mark and Freddie Collins.
