He is survived by: his wife Cindy Carroll (Link); his children, Amber (Greg) of Florida, Jeffrey Alan Jr. (Rachel) of Virginia and Alicia of Virginia; his grandchildren, Summer, Chris, Ivy and Skylar; his sister Allison Carroll (Credence) of Ohio; his sister-in-law Annie Brockschmidt (Jamie); his nieces and nephews, Isaiah, Sarah of Michigan, Meredith, Austin and Aliyah; and his stepmother-in-law Barb Link of Ohio.
