It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Philip Briggs III of Leesburg, Virginia, born in Alexandria, Virginia, who passed away on January 6, 2024, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James P. Briggs, Jr. and Sally T. Briggs. He is survived by: his sister Susan Glass (Greg Glass); and his nephew Wes Glass.
