It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Howard Alan Levin of Leesburg, Virginia, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 21, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Levin and Martin Levin. He is survived by: his wife Judy Levin; his daughters, Andi Mitchell (Scott) and Tami Morgan (Dan); his siblings, Joseph Levin (Eileen) and Rachel Marcus (Eric); and his grandchildren, Macey, Eden, Blair, Will and Zach. He is also survived by 4 nephews.
