He was predeceased by: his spouse Honore Clune Tiffey. He is survived by: his children, Edward P. Tiffey (Nancy), John A. Tiffey (Donna), Jennifer T. Mahoney (Matthew), Priscilla T. Powell (Edward), Robert L. Tiffey (Kate) and Claire H. Tiffey; and his sisters, Anne T. Pobiak and Mary T. Covell. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
