He was predeceased by: his parents, Octavio Ricart and Olga Mendez-Capote; his brother-in-law Jeffery Killingsworth (Cheryl); and his parents-in-law, Dora Ann Killingsworth and Monte Killingsworth.
He is survived by: his wife Katherine Killingsworth Ricart; his sons, Edward Ricart (Melanie) and Alexander Ricart (Amelia Pieti); his grandchildren, Jacob Blatz and Ciaran Ricart; his brother Octavio Ricart (Lynn); and his brother-in-law Michael Killingsworth.
