He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane; his children, Gregory and Christine Mosier; his sister Karen Brown; his grandchildren, Jessica Wall (John Breeding), Richard Jason Mosier and Austin Mosier; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Jackson Fisher, Kaylea and Lily; and his cousin Betty Snell.

His wife and family would like to request memorial contributions to either INOVA Loudoun Hospital or Capital Caring Health Hospice.
