He is survived by: his children, Taylor Mullen (Stacy), Marisa Mullen (Sha), Callan Mullen, Ashley Warfield (Christopher) and Anthony Cooper (Kelly); his grandchildren, Wyatt, Olivia, Asher, Christian, Makenna and Chloe; his wife Dr. Tina Mullen; his siblings, James Mullen, Paul Mullen, Carla Mitchel and Elizabeth Mullen-Zehner; his sisters-in-law, Andrea Vaughan (Chuck) and Juliana DeRosa (Kent); and his mother-in-law Carolyn T. DeRosa.
