She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Muncy and Maude Muncy; and her siblings, Geneva Steadman, Betty Gregory, Patty Kelley, Robert, Bill, Ralph, Clifford, Edward and David.
She is survived by: her husband William Lee Moore; her daughter Traci; her son-in-law Jeff Allgor; her grandchildren, Matt (Kim Allgor) of Richmond, VA, Katie Allgor of Mason, OH, Chris (Katie Allgor) of Worthington, OH and Cody Allgor of Columbus, Ohio; and her sisters, Lois Simpson and Peggy Shugars of Virginia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
