With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anna (Anne) Barbara Sheffield of Leesburg, Virginia, who passed away on January 18, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Anna leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her father Orval Wilson. She is survived by: her mother Elizabeth Wilson (Betty); her husband James Ray Sheffield; her children, Michelle "Mimi" (Teddy) and Michael; her grandchildren, Spenser and Micaela Wender (Max); her son Matthew; and her sisters, Charlene Lonneke (Mike) and Linda Wilson.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home (201 Edwards Ferry Rd NE, Leesburg, VA 20176).
