He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Burnett and Charlie Ellis. He is survived by: his children, Veronica Savoy-Osborne, Andrea Moss and Kara Skeens. He is also survived by grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Loudoun Funeral Chapel (158 Catoctin Cir SE, Leesburg, VA 20175). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
