She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest White and Martha White; her sisters, Joy, Bonnie and Betty; and her husband John Jacob.
She is survived by: her children, John Jacob (Lynette), Joe Jacob (Vilma), Jeff Jacob (Cheryl) and Marty Mullins (Keith). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 20 great grandchildren.
