She was predeceased by : her parents, Tommy Lampkin and Leota Kiser Lampkin; and her son Anthony Sean Couch. She is survived by : her husband Jerry Couch; her son Myron Couch (Tracy); her grandchildren, Brittany Norris and Zachary Carpenter; her great grandchildren, Landon Norris, Owen Norris and Heidi Norris; and her siblings, Ted Lampkin (Linda), Eddie Lampkin and Martha Horne (Donnie). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
