She was predeceased by: her parents, Jason Mullins and Bonnie Mullins; her husband Charles Easterly Sr.; her son Charles "Junebug" Easterly Jr.; her son-in-law Claude Maxfield; and her siblings, Bud Mullins, Gene Mullins, Kent Lee Mullins, Robert Mullins, Arnold Mullins, Carl Mullins, Tom Mullins, Mollie Chaffer, Lola Meade, Ruby Dean and Rosa Mae Meade.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Maxfield of Castlewood and Wayne Easterly of Lebanon; her daughter-in-law Tina Easterly; her grandchildren, Jeramy Maxfield of Castlewood and Bobbi Maxfield of Kingsport, Tenn.; her great grandchildren, Hannah Parsons, Elijah John, Noah Maxfield, Jacob Maxfield, Renee John and Stella Maxfield; and her brothers, Guy Mullins and Larry Mullins. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
